Before using the support tool for the first time, you should enter the
configuration in the support tool under the Settings tab
Configuration
| Send report to:
| Select the recipient from the list. The first selection should be the nearest
Mailcoach representative - always select this a first choice.

| Return answer to this address:
| Enter the E-mail address to where you want the answer sent.

| Mailserver:
| The address to a SMTP server. If Mailcoach is working, you can enter the host
name or the IP-number of the server, for example Mailgate according to the previous setup examples. If Mailcoach is out of order,
specify a remote mailserver, the same you use for your access account (pop account),
or use our, in case you dont know of any other.(mail.ymex.com). Then you must dial-up to your ISP so that
you have Internet access before you send this support request off.
