If you have a nameserver running in your network, you should use this instead
of a HOSTS file. Just add the following A-record to your DNS:
Mailgate. IN A 192.168.0.1
Assuming all machines have setup DNS pointing to this nameserver, any
application in the Network can now use Mailgate as reference to the server
instead of the IP-number.
