Order and registration

When shipped, Mailcoach is a 3-user trial version. When you register Mailcoach, you will receive a license-key that you enter into Mailcoach. The key contains information about your registration, serial number and the size of the license you have purchased. Whenever you need to upgrade, i.e. add more users, all you need is a new license key, which can be sent by E-mail when ordering.

To enter the registration key in Mailcoach, select the Help drop down menu. Choose Register…

The license consists of three fields, Name, ID/Domain and Key. Enter these exactly as they appear on the license document you received. All fields are case sensitive.
