


Sending a bug-report
Have you encountered some error that you suspect is a bug? Please report it to
us, even if you don
t thinks its important
1. Select the Send a bug report tab.
2. Choose one or more problem relates to: issues that seem to fit.
3. Choose the severity by selecting one of the options under Indicate the severity.
4. Is it reproducible? Select under Reproducible the option that fits best.
5. In the upper window, describe as detailed as you can, what you were doing, or
Mailcoach was doing prior to the error, and what led to the error.
6. Try reproduce the error and if you succeed, describe the steps to reproduce
the error in the lower window.
7. If you want to include all logs, just press the Send button. If you want to add more files to attach to the bug-report, maybe some
screen shots, or if you dont want to include all logs, select the Attachment
button first. (se previous chapter)
Note that by using the support tool, you automatically get the attention for
support prior to anyone sending ordinary E-mail.
