| The general tab
Set TimeZone and local diff according to your location. If you dont know what to set, a look into the Windows controlpanel, national settings can give you a hint. | The Network tab.
The IP-address specifies the IP-address of your machine. This address is normally found automatically, but if your machine has more than one Network adapter, or if you are using virtual IP-addresses, you may need to select it manually. | The Daemon tab
Undeliver in reply. A good choice is 100 top rows of mail. This is enough to get the message but attachments is mostly discharged. No point wasting precious connection time for replying attachments. Activate both priority mail methods. |

| Reserved names tab
If there are E-mail names that you dont really need to setup, but still want to reserve for future use, add these to this list. By doing so, no one can register them remotely or by accident |

| Logging tab
Activate mail logging and UUCP transfer logging. These logs can be active all the time and are valuable if you want to trace a mail. Under Fault localization, activate Script, smtp/pop3 and Com logging, but only until you have setup Mailcoach and successfully got clients as well as Mailcoach running correctly.
