The Support tool - how to use it.

Use the Support tool when requesting support. This is by far the fastest way because the Support tool includes system information such as memory configuration, version of the operating system and Mailcoach log-files.

This way we can find causes to problems much more easier.

The Support tool works even if Mailcoach doesnt . It can be started separately from Windows, from the start menu - in the Mailcoach group
