Select or deselect the logs you want to attach.

Important note!

If you discover that your logs are huge, you might get second thoughts about attaching them for that reason, don’t! The support tool automatically shrinks them down in size so that no log will larger than apx 100K after compression. Assuming 3 or possibly 4 logs are that large, at the most you may need to send 500K.

The Support tool always asks before it shrinks logs, this to allow you to override

and let it send all logs without cutting them down.

Including other files

In the text box, you can add your own documents that you want to include, for example a zip-file containing screen shots is welcome!
